1. Introduction and Goals

Welcome to Astro Forge Tech Docs. Astro Forge is an NFT launchpad to create and launch NFTs on Blast L2, with ease.

You are currently viewing V1 of our tech docs. While comprehensive and detailed, it is only part of what the launch pad we want to build for creators and collectors will be. V2 of the tech docs can be accessed by clicking the ellipses (…) in the top right corner of menu section to your left. V2 will be a modular system that allows for users to build out complex systems of their own using the Astro Forge platform.

To illustrate the large difference in scope and goal of V2, we’ve included a comparison of the V1 (Current) User Journey and the V2 (Future) User Journey below.

1.1. Requirements Overview

Short description of the functional requirements, driving forces, extract (or abstract) of requirements.

FR-1	A page to view the creator’s collections.
FR-2	A page to create a new collection.
FR-3	Creator can upload a folder of images and metadata to create a new collection.
FR-4	Creator will sign a transaction that deploys an ERC721 contract on Blast L2.
FR-5	Contract will implement Blast gas reimbursement.
FR-6	A page will be available for minters to mint NFTs from the collection.
